Each year, we respond to various ATV-related incidents, some fatal. We understand that seeing us on ATVs might create confusion. However, the FSS 316.2074 states that "an ATV may be used by law enforcement officers on public roads while in the course & scope of their duties." Vehicle-1 travelling southbound within the outside lane of US 441 South, approaching the intersection of Kimberly Road. Vehicle-2 was lawfully travelling westbound on Kimberly Road, attempting to traverse the intersection of US 441 South, under a green traffic signal. Around 5:04 pm, PBSO deputies assigned to the airport, PBSO Bomb & Arson detectives and FBI agents responded to concourse C where a passenger made a verbal threat that he had a bomb in his bag(s).
