EVERY CALL HAS A STORY

Behind every headset is someone making a difference.

Featured Story - Cheree Raymond

When a suicidal military veteran armed himself and refused help, Communications Officer Cheree Raymond answered the call with compassion, patience, and professionalism. Through calm conversation and genuine empathy, she built trust with the caller and ultimately connected him with a responding deputy who was also a military veteran. Together, they were able to convince the caller to put down his weapon and safely accept the help he
needed.

This is just one example of the life-changing work our Communications professionals perform every day. Behind every headset is someone making a difference—one call at a time.
