UPDATE * 11/14/23 After further investigation it was determined the juvenile, 15 years of age, who shot the victim, 18 years of age, will be charged with 1st Degree Murder with a Firearm and Minor in Possession of a Firearm.  The juvenile was arrested and transported to the JAC Center to be processed. PBSO Marine Units Intercept Immigrant Vessel after being rammed by the boat Captain. Shortly after 9:00 am, PBSO Marine Unit deputy intercepted a vessel east of the Jupiter Inlet.
