PBSO & Cops Helping Kids share a common goal: To serve the community’s children and build their trust in law enforcement. Through events like our 4th Annual Bike Giveaway, we are able to form long-lasting relationships and unforgettable memories. Deputies respond to Shooting in the 4900 block of Haverhill Commons, WPB
Upon arrival, deputies located a juvenile suffering from gunshot wound(s). The shooter was immediately identified and taken into custody.

Can you tell a fake gun from a real one? Our Deputies have fractions of a second to assess a threat. The confusion can lead to deadly confrontations when called to a scene. Parents, please avoid buying your kids replica guns. These are not toys and could put them at risk.Swimming Safety Book Launch
Swimming is fun, but we have to do it safely. We recently had a children’s book launch of, "Gaspar's Big Day." An illustrated children's book that talks about safety tips when going out to swim. We'd like to thank Sheriff Ric Bradshaw's wife, Dorothy, for reading the new book to local school children.Broken Star Foundation Awards Scholarships
The PBSO Broken Star Foundation raises funds from donations from within the agency so that once a year, we can invest in our children's education. Today was the day we were able to give back by donating scholarships to 192 these kids. Help us congratulate all 192 students!
