Car Creeper Busted

Christopher Dillion was captured for committing not 1, or 2, or 3, but 56 vehicle burglaries in the Victoria Groves Development in Royal Palm Beach, overnight. Dillion was arrested and charged with several burglary-related charges. At Dillion’s residence, detectives found property from the overnight vehicle burglaries as well as property from other burglaries. Detectives will be charging Dillion with additional charges. Dillion is currently being housed in the PBC Jail on NO BOND. He will be attending first appearance on Friday, December 29th.

Toy Drive BBQ to Collect Toys and Donations for the Fallen Officer’s Families

There are over 900 fallen officer’s children in the United States. For the second year in a row, we partnered up with the Palm Beach County Police Benevolent Association to host a Toy Drive BBQ to collect toys and donations for the fallen officer’s families. An elderly woman was stopped by deputies driving the wrong way down Haverhill Road this afternoon. The woman told deputies she knew she should not be driving but could not find anyone to take her to the store to buy a small turkey for Thanksgiving. PBSO Welcomes United States Army Sgt. Richard “Tiny” Sowell, killed in action on Saipan on July 7, 1944. Lewis Sowell, Jr., Sgt. Sowell’s nephew, was contacted by the military in 2015 and advised that they had possibly found some remains and asked for a sample of his DNA, which he provided. On June 30, 2017 the match was confirmed.

Deputies responded to a call of a deceased person found in the 1000 block of South H Street, in the City of Lake Worth. On Friday, October 27 at 5:15 pm, deputies made contact with Edgar Velez who was wanted on multiple counts of Burglary and Grand Theft.
