Toy Drive BBQ to Collect Toys and Donations for the Fallen Officer’s Families
There are over 900 fallen officer’s children in the United States. For the second year in a row, we partnered up with the Palm Beach County Police Benevolent Association to host a Toy Drive BBQ to collect toys and donations for the fallen officer’s families. Sowell’s nephew, was contacted by the military in 2015 and advised that they had possibly found some remains and asked for a sample of his DNA, which he provided. On Friday, October 27 at 5:15 pm, deputies made contact with Edgar Velez who was wanted on multiple counts of Burglary and Grand Theft.
