On August 30, 2023, a Crime Stopper Tip was received by the PBSO detectives in regards to the sale of counterfeit merchandise.  Based upon this information various investigative methods were utilized. Probable Cause was developed for the business owners, Jacqueline and John Fiorenzi, for Counterfeiting Private Labels over $20,000 or more.

 On November 7, 2023, a search warrant was executed at the business located at 15200 block of Jog road, Delray Beach. Numerous counterfeit items were discovered and seized. Probable cause was developed for the residence, 97 Mohigan Circle, Boca Raton and a secondary search warrant was executed. Additional counterfeit items were discovered along with cash stored throughout the residence. A total of $414,500 worth of counterfeit items and $150,822 in US Currency was seized. In addition, 13 firearms and 104 pounds of ammunition was seized.  Jacqueline and John Friorenzi were taken into custody without incident.  They were transported to the PBC Jail to face charges of Counterfeiting Private labels, over $ 20,000.
