Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office is conducting a countywide Occupant Protection Enforcement on Sunday, May 26, 2024 and Monday, May 27, 2024.

The purpose of this operation is to conduct high-visibility, zero-tolerance enforcement of all Florida State Statutes regarding seat belt usage and child safety restraints. Another part of this campaign is to educate the public on the dangers of not wearing a seatbelt or securing a child in a properly installed car seat and safety belt.

The locations of the enforcement will be the major roadways in Palm Beach County.

The hours of operation will be from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
