PBSO Marine Units Intercept Immigrant Vessel after being rammed by the boat Captain. Shortly after 9:00 am, PBSO Marine Unit deputy intercepted a vessel east of the Jupiter Inlet. Car Fire
Shortly before noon, deputies responded to a car fire in the 15800 block of 87th Road North, Loxahatchee. Upon arrival deputies learned an adult male occupant was removed from the vehicle and transported to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. Detectives from the Violent Crimes Division have arrived on scene to investigate this incident further. We are still in the preliminary stages of this investigation. Sex Trafficking Uncovered
Thanks to a local hotel worker, two female minors have been freed from commercial sex trafficking. On August 6, 2023, at 8:00 am, detectives from the Human Exploitation and Trafficking Unit responded to 700 block of South Dixie Highway, Lake Worth Beach, Florida (Lago Motor Inn). Initial fact-finding by detectives on scene confirmed the commercial sex trafficking of two minor victims.
