Unknown females pictured below entered Target and selected over $ 600 in clothing. The suspect’s attempted to pay for the clothing but their card was declined. Updated: Further investigation into the shooting that occurred Saturday, February 27, 2021, led to a suspect, Joseph Hamilton. Hamilton was arrested by PBC Violent Crimes Division detecitves Tuesday, March 2, 2021 for First Degree Murder. He was transported to the PBC Jail and booked.
