On March 7, 2015, the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office Police Athletic League (PBSO-PAL) and TEAM First Tennis Program held a day of tennis with all five PBSO/PAL sites at the Mitch Gornto Tennis Center in West Palm Beach, Florida. Shooting that occurred on Lake Victoria Drive, WPB
Just before 3:30 pm, deputies responded to a shooting in the 1100 block of Lake Victoria Drive, West Palm Beach. When deputies arrived they located an adult male shot twice. He was taken to St. Mary’s Medical Center for treatment. He is currently in stable condition. Deputies were able to locate and arrest two individuals involved. Sobner Philippe walked away from his residence of 931 S B Street, Lake Worth, at 7:00 Saturday, March 14, 2015 and has not been seen or heard from since. Sobner, date of birth 6/21/54, was last seen wearing a yellow shirt and blue pants. Sobner takes medication for dementia. PBSO considers Sobner Philippe to be a Missing/Endangered adult. Remember the robbery that we responded to in Jupiter where the homeowner shot at the suspects? Yea, we found a him growing weed in one of the rooms of the house. We responded to a burglary in progress in the 18000 block of Loxahatchee River Road, Jupiter on Friday. The homeowner was confronted by the suspects and discharged his firearm. WANTED Bike Bandits! Unknown suspects snatch victims Electrical Cruiser Bike. The victim just returned home from the grocery store, with groceries. He opened his front door, walked in with the groceries and out of nowhere two males appeared. The two males snatched the victims E-bike and fled.
