PBSO Supports ALS Walk 2015
The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office joined with other members of the community at Okeeheelee Park in West Palm Beach to support the cause to cure ALS. Participants walked to raise awareness and funds for the still fatal disease.
PAL at Roger Dean Stadium for a Spring Training Game
Police Athletic League (PAL) Partner with Enterprise Rental Car & Rawlings to Treat 75 Youths to Marlins vs. Nationals Baseball Game at Roger Dean Stadium. Youth from South Bay, Belle Glade, Cabana Colony, Seminole Manner, Sand & Sea and Lake Worth communities attend a Marlins vs Nationals game at Roger Dean Stadium. The tickets were donated by Enterprise Rental Car and baseballs were donated by Rawlings, in the Outlet Mall. A fun time was had by all.
Double Shooting in West Palm Beach
Detectives are investigating a Double Shooting which resulted in one victim dead and the other to be treated at an area hospital. Deputies responded to a double shooting in the 1700 block of Seminole Blvd, West Palm Beach. When deputies arrived they located one male deceased and one female injured from gunshot wounds. Village of Wellington “March Madness” Camp for Kids
Deputy Nunes, Deputy Musso and Sgt. DeMarco participated in the Village of Wellington “March Madness” spring break camp for kids. The camp runs Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of this week and offers many sports opportunities for the children while interacting with law enforcement.

On February 9, 2015, Commission on Accreditation for Corrections (CAC) announced the accreditations of the Palm Beach County’s Main Detention Center and West County Detention Center of the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office.
