Deputies responded to a shooting in the area of Hinda Road and Alt A1A.  Upon arrival, deputies located an adult male suffering from gunshot wound(s). PBC Fire Rescue responded and pronounced the male deceased.

Detectives from the Violent Crimes Division arrived on scene to investigate the shooting/homicide further.

Further investigation led detectives to the suspect, Nicholas Ducezil, DOB: 7/18/96.  Ducezil was located, arrested and transported to the Palm Beach County Jail to be booked on the charges below.

The victim’s name is being withheld due to the family invoking Marsy’s Law.
