Suspect Wanted for Burglary of McDonalds in North Palm Beach

The suspect entered McDonalds through the drive thru window.  Once inside he helped himself to over $ 800 in cash. 

Accreditation Team Invites Public Comments

Sheriff Ric Bradshaw announced today that a team of assessors from the Commission for Florida Law Enforcement Accreditation (CFA) will arrive July 13, 2021 to examine all aspects of the Sheriff’s Office policies and procedures, management, operations, and support services.

Detectives are investigating a Homicide/Shooting in Belle Glade – 6.06.2021

Deputies responded to multiple people fighting in the parking lot in the 1700 block of South Main Street, Belle Glade. As deputies were breaking up the fight the arrestee, Louis Garcia, pulled out a weapon and fired into the crowd striking two victims.

Update – Detectives Investigating a Homicide at Sugar Cane Growers, Belle Glade

Update - The suspect has been identified as Felix Cabrera, DOB: 5/14/1935 of Belle Glade. Deputies responded to a shooting at the Sugar Cane Growers CO-OP.  Deputies arriving within minutes of the shooting may have prevented the suspects ability to shoot anyone else. More information will be released when it becomes available.
