PBSO was involved in a Deputy Involved Shooting that occurred on Evergreen Drive and 9th Street, Lake Park. PBSO TAC Units had probable cause to affect an arrest on a felony suspect that was seen driving, in a red vehicle, in the area of Evergreen Drive and 9th Street, Lake Park. At approximately 4:00 pm units attempted to affect a traffic stop on a vehicle when the suspect exited the vehicle immediately firing at deputies as he was attempting to flee. ...

Media Advisory Time: 4:30 am Location: 2300 block of Lena Lane Deputies responded to shots fired in the 2300 block of Lena Lane. Upon arrival deputies located a vehicle crashed into a tree. Upon further investigation a male and female were located inside the vehicle suffering from gunshot wounds. The male was pronounced dead on scene and the female was transported to a local hospital for treatment. She is currently in critical condition. Detectives from the Violent Crimes Division are investigating this shooting...
