Female Tosses Dog from a Bridge

Deputies responded to Phil Foster Park in reference to an animal cruelty complaint. Upon arrival deputies learned that a female just threw a dog off the Blue Heron Bridge approximately 40-50 feet off the ground below. Several witnesses stated that the dog was clearly in distress, pain, whining and struggling to move. Deputies responded to a shooting in the 100 block of State Road 715, Belle Glade. Upon arrival deputies located two males with gunshot wounds. They were transported to a local hospital for treatment. Conditions are unknown. Deputies are currently canvassing the area for a potential suspect(s). No motive known at this time. Suspect information is vague. Jupiter Woman Arrested and Charged with Aggravated Assault

PBSO dispatch received a call from a resident in the 16300 block of Alexander Run, Jupiter. The resident stated that her neighbor was armed with a firearm and pointed and discharged the firearm at her. The homeowner then retreated into her home. Deputies arrived on scene and attempted to reason/talk with the homeowner. The homeowner refused to respond to deputies commands on scene so PBSO SWAT members were called. Deputies responded to an accidental injury that occurred at the Wellington City Hall building located in the 12300 block of Forest Hill Blvd, Wellington. Upon their arrival they met with a male who stated that he was power washing the roof of the building with Thomas Hollihan when Thomas stepped out of the lift’s basket to get to an area that couldn’t be reached. Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office is releasing new information on a Violent Sexual Offender known as the “Palm Beach County Serial Rapist.” Baltazar Gabriel Delgado Ros, (AKA by several aliases and the nickname “Hormigo”) is a Hispanic male, date of birth January 21, 1986. Melanie Eam was located in the Maryland area.

Melanie Eam was located in the Maryland area on Friday, November 18, 2016. Detectives traveled to Maryland and conducted an interview with her. At that time probable cause for her arrest was developed. An arrest warrant was signed overnight and Eam was arrested, today, in Maryland by local authorities with our PBSO detectives assistance. She will be in custody of Maryland authorities awaiting extradition back to Palm Beach County.
