In the past week several Palm Beach County residents have received calls on their cell phones, from people claiming to be from the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office. The Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office partnered with optometry physician, Dr. Larry Lampert, to train PBSO volunteers with skills to improve their vision. It is hoped that by using vision skills born on baseball fields, golf courses and tennis courts, volunteers will be safer, while on the job at PBSO.
