PBSO Arrest Assisted Living Home Owner on Elder Abuse Charges
On April 20, 2018, detectives from the Special Victims Unit assisted the State of Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) regarding an allegation of elderly abuse/neglect.
The investigation determined that Bhoodram Parsaram left the residents that live in the 24 hour assisted living facility overnight, unattended and restrained.
The assisted living facility is located in the 1100 block of Wynnewood Drive, unincorporated West Palm Beach.
Parsaram was placed under arrest and transported to the Palm Beach County Jail where he was booked in for (1) Count of Abuse of an Elderly Person and (1) Count of Neglect of an Elderly Person, BOND is NONE. He will attend first appearance on, Saturday, April 21, 2018.
