Maintains the integrity of fixed assets inventory and coordinates fixed assets assignments in accordance with FSS 274.01, and Florida Administrative code 69I-73.

Maintains and manages the daily inventory activity in Oracle, data integrity of item master, forecasts inventory requirements based on daily stock transactions.

Assets and Inventory

Manages property as defined by chapter 274, Florida State Statutes in accordance with procedures outlined in the Rules of the Auditor General, and oversees the coordination of operations, and Fixed Assets.

Inventory and Facilities Services

Manages and operates the overall activities of the Procurement Warehouse, Fixed Assets, Uniform Issuance, and Central Receiving, in addition to coordinating the pick-up, and the disposal of surplus supplies and equipment.
