For years, PBSO detectives have worked tirelessly alongside a convicted serial killer (The Happy Face Killer) to help identify a woman found decomposed. The killer says this is her. Now, PBSO needs your help to identify this Jane Doe and bring closure to the family and friends connected to her.

Keith Hunter Jesperson also known as “The Happy Face Killer” is known to have killed eight women over the course of five years. He says that he also killed this Jane Doe and said her name was something like Suzanne or Suzette.
