Deputies responded to the 6000 block of Royal Palm Beach Blvd, Royal Palm Beach, in reference to a stabbing. Upon arrival, deputies learned that an altercation occurred between the victim and the suspect resulting in the victim being stabbed.  The victim was transported to a local hospital where he was treated for a stab wound to his back. After further investigation a suspect was identified, Garrett Hennigar. Hennigar was located, arrested and transported to the Palm Beach County Jail to face charges of Aggravated Battery with a weapon.
