Citizen’s Police Academy – Town of Lake Park
The Citizen’s Police Academy provides a mechanism for educating the public about the criminal justice system. The main goals of the academy are to partner with the community, explain the operations of the Sheriff's Office and encourage citizens to undertake measures to prevent crime victimization. Participants also tour the Sheriff's Facility including Communications and the Jail.
