Help Identifying Man found on August 11th, 2015
Does he look familiar? PBSO’s Forensic Imaging Investigators reconstructed the skull of the male whose remains were found, on August 11th, 2015, at the edge of a cane field approximately 2 miles NE of Hooker Highway and State Rd 715. Detectives are seeking the community’s help to identify the male seen below. It is believed he is white, possibly Hispanic, approximately 40 – 70 years of age and 5' 02" – 5' 09". Hipolito Fraguela Busted
PBSO’s Detectives from the Violent Crimes Division arrested Hipolito Fraguela, of Lake Worth, on a warrant for the First Degree Murder of Crystal Rivera and Justin Moyer. Fraguela is currently being booked into the Palm Beach County Jail with NO BOND. The shooting took place on June 4th at the intersection of Okeechobee Blvd and Military Trail.
