PBSO Needs Help Finding Person who Struck and Killed a Pedestrian

Someone struck a pedestrian, killing them and then fled from the scene. We need your help to find this person and bring them to justice.

On Saturday the 4th, a pedestrian was attempting to cross 45th Street from south to north at the above intersection.

Two vehicles were traveling westbound on 45th Street side by side. The vehicle within the center lane struck the pedestrian with the front passenger side of the vehicle. The second vehicle was within the inside lane of travel. The pedestrian was thrown toward the sidewalk curb of the outside lane. Both vehicles continued westbound away from the scene. The pedestrian was transported to St. Mary’s Hospital where he later died as a result of his injuries he sustained.

The vehicle is believed to be a 2001 – 2004 Toyota Sequoia with front passenger damage.
