West Palm Beach Home Invasion Suspects Caught

The victims were in their residence when they answered a knock on the door. Upon opening the door the victims were confronted by 4 H/M suspects who were armed with firearms. The suspects tried to force their way inside to rob the victims. Shots were fired by the suspects & one of the victims returned fire striking a suspect in the leg. The suspects fled in a dark colored vehicle. The suspect vehicle was located in the area of Lantana Rd & I95. The suspects fled on foot in the Lake Osborne Estates area. A perimeter was established & with the aid of K9 & the Aviation unit all 4 suspects were apprehended. A shotgun & a handgun were recovered from the suspect vehicle along with marijuana. The suspect who suffered the gunshot wound to the leg was transferred to Delray Medical Center. Cleared by arrest.
