Vehicle-2 was lawfully travelling westbound on Kimberly Road, attempting to traverse the intersection of US 441 South, under a green traffic signal. As Vehicle-2 entered the intersection, Vehicle-1 ran the red traffic signal for southbound traffic and subsequently collided with Vehicle-2.
