PBSO’s Undercover Deputies Bust Another Pair Committing an Act During a State of Emergency
On September 13, 2017, shortly after noon, undercover deputies keeping an eye on a local businesses without power (Carnitas Deli & Grill – 2701 10th Ave North, Lake Worth), observed two suspects trying to gain entry into the business. The suspects were caught in the act and taken into custody without incident. Both suspects were interviewed and confessed to attempting to burglarize the business.
The suspects are on the way to jail to be processed. Suspect 1 – Mitchell Feldman, DOB: 10/26/72, was charged with Burglary Unoccupied Structure during State of Emergency and Suspect 2 – Jeremiah Hebert, DOB: 7/26/91 was charged with Burglary Unoccupied Structure during State of Emergency and Possession of Marijuana Under 20 grams.
