The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to locate Andres Cortez-Carranza. Andres was last seen on January 1st at 00:01 hrs and reported missing by his wife on January 12th. Andres was last seen wearing a black shirt, grey shorts and black sandals. His direction and mode of travel are unknown at this time. Anyone with information is asked to contact Det. Jarrod
