The PBSO Oracle iReceivables web based software is available to current Accounts Receivable (A/R) customers and potential A/R customers to the PBSO.
The iReceivables application enhances the exchange of A/R information and enables secure transactions between the PBSO and our A/R customers using the Internet and our Oracle iReceivables Portal. A/R customers can monitor their A/R activity; manage account balances, dispute invoices, review and print invoices and review payment receipt and application.
When utilizing the Oracle iReceivables Portal, please ensure that you use Internet Explorer as your browser.
A/R customers should designate one person (Primary User) to ensure all data is entered correctly and maintained in their profile management. Other customer contacts may be added by the A/R Primary User so that the system may be accessed and allow for communication between the PBSO’s Finance department and the customers. You agree that you will not intentionally provide false information when accessing or using the iReceivables system or use this site in any manner in violation of any federal, state, or local law.
As a governmental agency, PBSO is governed by Florida’s public records laws, found in Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, et al. Account information contained on this site and information submitted by you to PBSO through iReceivables shall be handled in accordance with those laws.
Please review the User’s Guide. It is designed to assist you with learning the functionality of the Oracle iReceivables Portal. If you have any questions regarding the iReceivables functionality, please contact the PBSO’s Accounts Receivables Unit staff, by email to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
