Early morning Shooting/Homicide in Pahokee.

We are investigating an early morning Shooting/Homicide in Pahokee.

PBSO was dispatched to a shooting at 600 E. Main Street, Pahokee. When deputies and PBC Fire Rescue personnel arrived they found a male victim suffering from gunshot wound(s). The male victim was transported to St. Mary’s Medical center via trauma hawk where he was pronounced dead by emergency room personnel.

The investigation determined that there was a fight between a group of individuals resulting in one male being shot. No cooperating witnesses were identified or remained at the crime scene.
