Day Car Owner BUSTED for Public Assistance Fraud, Grand Theft and Identity Theft of a person less than 18 years of age

The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office and the Early Learning Coalition of Palm Beach County announce the arrest of Bentraia Rolle of “Seeds of Love Day Care” on counts of Public Assistance Fraud, Grand Theft, and Identity Theft of a Person less than 18 years of age.   ROLLE, owner and operator of Seeds of Love Day Care, located on 2nd Court in Boynton Beach, failed to protect an “At Risk” Child when the child was to attend her day care but never showed up.

According to the Ryla Wilson Act, a day care provider must inform the State if an “At Risk’ child is absent.  ROLLE failed to report the child’s absence for four months.  Instead, ROLLE continue to submit false attendance rosters to the coalition stating this child was in her care when the child was actually in the care of a family member.  ROLLE received payments totaling $1787.04 for four months of care for this absent child.

When agents arrested Rolle they discovered in excess of 100 grams of Marijuana.  Rolle was additionally charged with Possession of Marijuana with intent to sell within 100 feet of a daycare center.
