Incident in South Bay

The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office is investigating an incident that occurred in the area of US Highway 27, South Bay. Deputies patrolling the area heard what appeared to be gunshots and located a vehicle fleeing the scene. Upon conducting a traffic stop, three individuals were found inside the vehicle, all suffering from injuries. On March 9th, 2023, just before 3:00 pm, we responded to a collision involving a Brightline train and a vehicle at Washington Ave and S. Dixie Highway. Sadly, the driver of the vehicle, a man born in 1944, ignored the crossing gates and was hit by the southbound train. SOMEONE KNOWS SOMETHING – 2 Year anniversary

The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office is seeking information on a homicide that occurred on February 19, 2021, at approximately 1:40pm on interstate 95 in Palm Beach Gardens. Christopher Maasen died at the scene. Detectives are seeking people that may have witnessed or taken video/pictures of the altercation that occurred in the Northbound Lanes of I95 near Donald Ross Road. Update - February 28, 2023, detectives arrested the suspect, Santos Arturo Amador-Sanchez, DOB: 5/22/1991 for First Degree Murder with a Firearm and two counts of Attempted First Degree Murder with a Firearm.
