Detectives are investigating a double Homicide in West Boynton Beach.
PBC Fire Rescue was dispatched to a silver car that crashed in the 8000 block of Verona Lakes. When they arrived and attempted to assists the motorists they noticed that two victims inside the vehicle were shot. Both pronounced dead on scene. Time: 8:27 pm Location: 9000 block of Majorca Place, Boca Raton Victim was returning home from work when he was approached by unknown suspects. Detectives are investigating a Double Shooting which resulted in one victim dead and the other to be treated at an area hospital. Deputies responded to a double shooting in the 1700 block of Seminole Blvd, West Palm Beach. When deputies arrived they located one male deceased and one female injured from gunshot wounds. Just before 3:30 pm, deputies responded to a shooting in the 1100 block of Lake Victoria Drive, West Palm Beach. When deputies arrived they located an adult male shot twice. Small plane landed safely in Boca Raton.
The pilot, flying a single engine plane, was traveling towards Pompano Beach when he began having engine trouble. The pilot, 37 year old male, landed the plane softly. No injury to himself or the plane. We believe this occurred around 12:30 pm. The location is the 7900 block of Palmetto Park Road, Boca Raton. FAA and NTSB have been notified.
