The Death Investigation of Darryl Rudolph

Deputies responded to Sugar D's Adult Club in reference to a shooting. Upon arrival the victim, Darryl Rudolph, B/M, 7/11/61, was found inside a back storage room of the club with a gunshot wound to the back/neck area. Palm Beach County Fire Rescue responded to the scene and transported Rudolph to St. Mary Medical Center, where he later died. PBSO Arrest Man for 1989 Killing

We are proud to announced that we solved a 27-year-old murder case. Cold Case detectives emphasizes, "Not Giving Up!" Today, detectives obtained an indictment charging Clarence Butler, DOB: 3/22/1955, of Pahokee, with First Degree Murder of Simmie Harris. Simmie Harris was stabbed multiple times by Butler in his apartment between July 4, 1989 and July 5, 1989. Butler was located, arrested and booked into the Palm Beach County jail. He will attend first appearance Friday morning.

Two unidentified bodies were located in the 12000 block of Beeline Highway, Palm Beach Gardens. Deputies were dispatched to a brush fire. After the fire was extinguished by PBC Fire Rescue personnel two unidentified bodies were located. Detectives from the Violent Crimes Division and Crime Scene Investigators responded to the scene to investigate further. The two bodies have not been identified.
