On Saturday, March 15, 2014, at approximately 3:15 pm, deputies responded to a possible drowning.
Witnesses tell deputies that a male was operating a remote control speed boat in the water area near Plantation Mobile Home Park when the speed boat capsized. PBSO Special Events/Animal Kindness Unit authored a children’s book called “Be a Buddy Not a Bully” and deputies read this book to Kindergarten classes at Wynnebrook Elementary School.
