We have not forgotten about Carley, Martavious and Sa'Sawn who were senselessly killed in an apartment in Mangonia Park. On this year anniversary, we revisited the apartment building where they were murdered and passed out flyers in hopes someone will come forward with information.

Deputies Assist New Resident Clean Up Newly Purchased Home within Plantation Community.

A new resident recently purchased a renovated home on Meridian Rd within the Plantation Community. Unfortunately, a squatter had taken up residence in an old abandoned van on the property. He littered the area with garbage, old chairs, pillows, blankets, molding food and buckets of dirty water, all of which was a harbor for rodents, bugs and insects. Deputies worked with the new resident who had the van towed away, prompting the squatter to pack up some belongings and leave. But...

Detectives are investigating an early morning shooting on Stacey Street

Time: 1:24 am Location: 5000 Block of Stacey Street, WPB Just after 1:00 am, the victim returned home to his residence for the evening to encounter a suspect shooting at him. He was struck by gunfire. The victim was able to leave the residence and locate two deputies in the area for assistance. The victim was transported to local hospital for treatment. He is expected to survive. No motive or suspect information at this time. More information will be released when it becomes available.

Detectives are investigating Possible Human Remains Found in Cane Field

Time: 8:16 am Location: Approximately 2 miles NE of Hooker Highway and State Rd 715 PBSO received a call of possible human remains located at the edge of a cane field. At this time, the ethnicity and gender are unknown. Detectives and Crime Scene Investigators are investigating further. More information will be released when it becomes available.
