On October 4, 2022, Walgreens located in the City of Lake Worth Beach reported an occupied burglary where a black male wearing a ski mask stole Promethazine with Dextromethorphan from the pharmacy. Through investigative leads, the male was identified as Andrew Anthony Anderson 12/05/2003.
Anderson was charged with Burglary to an occupied structure, wearing a mask while committing the offense, and petit theft.
