A Dispatcher is the calm voice on the other side of the phone during scary situations. These professionals, who gather essential information from callers to get them immediate assistance, many times don’t even know the outcomes of the many lives they save. This week is National Public Safety Telecommunications Week (April 11-April 17th) during which we honor our dispatchers and thank them for their services.
