Shooting in Belle Glade

Just before 9:00 pm, deputies responded to a report of shooting in the 800 block of SW Ave D, Belle Glade. When deputies arrived they located a male shot in the lower torso. The male was transported to a local hospital for treatment.

No suspect information or motive known at this time. No witnesses.

Detectives from the Violent Crimes Division and Crime Scene Investigators are currently in route to the scene to investigate further.
