What is a reasonable accommodation in PBSO’s services, programs, and activities?

A reasonable accommodation is a change or modification to afford a qualified individual with a disability an equally effective opportunity to participate in or benefit from PBSO’s services, programs, and activities unless modifications of policies, practices, and procedures would fundamentally alter the nature of the service, program, or activity, or result in undue financial and/or administrative burdens to PBSO.
