The PBSO Crime Laboratory is committed to providing our stakeholders with excellent forensic services while effectively managing timelines and efficiency with timely communication and cooperation.
This survey is designed to gather information for the following purposes:
- Evaluate your level of satisfaction with the work performed in your case(s) and to gather information for any areas where you would like to see an improvement.
- Provide an opportunity to recognize an individual or a team for their work.
- Provide an opportunity to notify the laboratory of any complaints. (Please include your contact information for the laboratory to contact you to acknowledge the receipt of the complaint and for any additional information needed).
We value your time and your feedback. Therefore, any positive or negative feedback provided will be reviewed as it will help us continue to improve our management system and customer service.
