This tragic incident took place on Wednesday, August 7th at approximately 4:30 PM, at the Cruz Fashion Store in Lake Worth Beach. Hurricane Dorian

Sep. 4, 2019 PBSO Volunteers and Community Outreach Deputies went out on Operation Team Senior Check this afternoon at Century Village in West Palm Beach to do Welfare checks on our Senior Citizens and make sure they were OK after hurricane Dorian.   Palm Beach County shelters housed almost 3,000 residents during#HurricaneDorian. 2nd Annual Free Bicycle Giveaway

We had our 2nd Annual Free Bicycle Giveaway in Greenacres. We surprised a few kids in the community who are making their parents, teachers, and peers very proud with a brand new bike and helmet of course. Training for Tragic Events

This year, close to 300 people have died in mass shootings around the country. One thing we have all learned is that it could happen anywhere, at any time. That is why The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office, continuously and methodically, trains our men and women to prepare for such tragic events.
