A proud Florida native born and raised in Palm Beach County, I began my career with the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office in 1999 as a Court Services Specialist in the Court Services Division. I later served in the Substance Abuse Awareness Program as a Clerical Specialist before joining the Video Visitation Center in 2010. Over the past 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting families in connecting with their incarcerated loved ones, and, professional visitors with their clients, through our Video Visitation services—a role I find deeply meaningful and rewarding.
In January 2022, I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Marketing, and in October of the same year, I was promoted to Video Visitation Unit Manager. As a leader, my goal is to guide the Video Visitation team with compassion, dedication, and professionalism, ensuring that we consistently deliver exceptional service to all who rely on our unit.
