Tri-City Dominos Tournament

What is better than spending time with your family and friends and a good ol' dominos tournament? We have the honor of serving and protecting the wonderful people in the beautiful Tri-City area and to show our appreciation to the community that supports us, we organized a Tri-City Dominos Tournament where the winners took home prizes and a Trophies. We were all in a great mood especially our Lieutenant who BROKE IT DOWN (2:43).

Pink Patrol at MLK Parade

On Saturday, the PBSO Pink Patrol Car participated in the City of Pahokee's Martin Luther King Parade. We met Ms. Kathryn from Pahokee who is a Breast Cancer Survivor and both Ms Kathryn and our Deputies tearfully inspired the kids from our Mentoring Program.  

Operation Strike Heat nets 60 Arrests

Operation Strike Heat nets 60 arrests for Weapons, Drugs, and Driving Charges. The operation concentrated on crime offenses of narcotics (trafficking and sales), firearms, burglaries, robberies, and gang activity. It took place in the north end of Palm Beach County last weekend, April 12th & 13th, 2019 from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm. From Inmates to Graduates

"Don't serve the time, let the time serve you." - Connor Vaughn. Six inmates graduated from the West Detention Center in Belle Glade. They received their GED diplomas to help them re-enter back into society when they are released from jail. The GED Program is a second chance to get a High School Diploma. PBSO Arrest Man for 1989 Killing

We are proud to announced that we solved a 27-year-old murder case. Cold Case detectives emphasizes, "Not Giving Up!" Today, detectives obtained an indictment charging Clarence Butler, DOB: 3/22/1955, of Pahokee, with First Degree Murder of Simmie Harris. Simmie Harris was stabbed multiple times by Butler in his apartment between July 4, 1989 and July 5, 1989. Butler was located, arrested and booked into the Palm Beach County jail. He will attend first appearance Friday morning.    

Shooting In Pahokee

Just before 1:00 am on Sunday, August 14, 2016, deputies responded to a shooting in the 700 block of Joe Louis Ave, located in Pahokee. Upon arrival, deputies located two individuals with gunshot wounds. Both victims were airlifted to St. Mary’s Medical Center where one of the victim’s passed away from his injuries and the second victim is in critical condition. Detectives from the Violent Crimes Division and Crime Scene Investigators responded to the scene to investigate further. No motive or suspect...
