Suspect Wanted for Fraudulent Use of a Stolen Debit Card

The unidentified suspect used a deceptive “sleight of hand” technique to swap a victim’s debit card, handing back a different card without the victim’s knowledge. On Sunday, August 31, 2025, members of the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office Marine Enforcement Unit deputies observed a vessel traveling westbound toward the Boynton Inlet.
