Remembering 9/11

We will never forget September 11, 2001. Today, 18 years later, we remember with tears in our eyes as we honor our country, our flag, & the heroic first responders who lost their lives. We stand together, stronger than ever, to pay tribute to the families of 911 victims.

Training for Tragic Events

This year, close to 300 people have died in mass shootings around the country. One thing we have all learned is that it could happen anywhere, at any time. That is why The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, continuously and methodically, trains our men and women to prepare for such tragic events. PBSO and dozens of South Florida Law Enforcement Agencies participate in real-world scenarios and drills as a country-wide effort to be prepared for these heinous acts.

Helping Start a New Schoolyear

We might not be able to get back this high school freshman the shoes or book-bag they stole from him, but our deputies pooled their money together to buy him a new pair of shoes. 2nd Annual Bike Giveaway

There’s nothing like giving back to the community, especially to kids. This year we brought back our 2nd Annual Bike Giveaway for kids who stand out for their character. Today we rewarded 10 amazing kids who make their parents and us very proud with brand new bikes. You should’ve seen their faces!
We wish them all a safe & happy back to school.
