2nd Annual Bike Giveaway

There’s nothing like giving back to the community, especially to kids. This year we brought back our 2nd Annual Bike Giveaway for kids who stand out for their character. Today we rewarded 10 amazing kids who make their parents and us very proud with brand new bikes. You should’ve seen their faces! We wish them all a safe & happy back to school.    

VFW Appreciation Award

As PBSO Deputies, we strive to serve our community and at times our dedication gets noticed. The Veterans of Foreign Wars of the US presented us with an Appreciation Award. It was an honor to receive this recognition in the presence of several World War II Veterans.

Independence Day is a great time for families and friends to come together - watch fireworks, grill, and enjoy a good day at the beach or the pool. Yet, disasters tend to happen. Every year, an estimated 11,000 people are treated for injuries related to fireworks. While fireworks are legal to purchase in Florida, they are illegal to set off without a license.
