A message from Captain Jeff Calise:
Hello, and welcome to the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office District 4 website. It is a privilege and honor for my staff and I to provide law enforcement services to the citizens of District 4.
District 4 is currently situated at the South County Administrative Complex located at 345 South Congress Avenue, in Delray Beach Florida. The District is divided into seven patrolling sectors encompassing a geographical area of approximately 38 square miles. District 4's North to South boundaries extend from the L-30 Canal, south of (Flavor Pict Rd), to Clint Moore Road, while the East to West boundaries run from South Congress Avenue to the Loxahatchee National Wildlife Refuge. District 4 also provides police and investigative services for several unincorporated areas which are located East of I-95 to the Atlantic Ocean.
Our district currently provides police services to a residential population of approximately 86,000. As such, the primary function of this district is to provide uniformed patrol, traffic enforcement and other investigative services to the citizens and visitors of the metropolitan and rural areas of the district.
District 4 personnel also work closely with members of federal, state and local law enforcement agencies. Additionally, district personnel work in conjunction with Sheriff Office specialized units in a concerted effort to maintain a high level of service to our community. We empower our deputies through the philosophies and practices of community policing and problem solving.
Sincerely,
Captain Jeffrey Calise
Commanding Officer
District 4
