This is our full Press Conference regarding the arrest of serial killer Robert Hayes for the murder of Rachel Bey thanks to the help of the FDLE, Daytona Beach Police Department and Dave Aronberg.
Thanks to the FDLE’s genetic geneology team we were able to take this killer off the streets.
