Gracelio Carvajal was located. Thank you for your help!

The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office is looking for Gracelio Carvajal. Gracelio, DOB: 2/16/1943, walked away from his home in the 4100 block of Plumosa Street, West Palm Beach and has not been seen or heard from since.

Gracelio is approximately 5’07” and 130 pounds.  He was last seen wearing a blue hat, white shirt and blue pants.

Gracelio has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s.  He is considered missing and possibly endangered.
