Suspected SERIAL Rapist out of Orlando ARRESTED for Sexual Battery with a Deadly Weapon by Force.

On May 7, 2024, detectives from the Special Victims Unit began an investigation into a sexual battery of a 41 year old female. Probable cause was established for a suspect, Vincent Ernerst Laing Jr., and an arrest warrant was secured.  Today, May 8, 2024, Laing was located, arrested and booked into the PBC Jail for one count of Sexual Battery with a Deadly Weapon by Force, NO BOND. 

Laing should be attending first appearance on Thursday, May 9, 2024.
